This particular track is quite acknowledged to be the best mod metal tune written, so enjoy. crikey.mod - Spaz/Lost Boys - A nice Atari ST modfile introducing the 'Crikey What A Scorcher' demo. I like this tune so much, I made a chip cover for 'The Phatt Demo'. eddduck.mod - Adam Gilmore - The Dead Guys made a SID-ded up version which was a hit for them in the early days of the micromusic.net website. Heres the original Amiga game tune. fochoice.mod - Counterpoint / Westower - Many demo tunes are hard to catagorise in a style. This a sort of melodic rock tune, but its more than that. Give it a listen, can you believe its only four channel audio? hardcore.mod - Static/Rebels - A great Amiga scene demo tune in pure 1992 UK breakbeat hardcore rave style. This is all you need. Give me some love! plasma5.mod - Stax - Epic and flowing track from the Plasma5 demo on Atari Falcon. Pure class, few modfiles are this listenable. roknzool.mod - Patrick Phelan - The mod metal ingame music for the Amiga game Zool. Its fun stuff for playing the game - nothing to be taken seriously. seadog.mod - Cap'n Weasel - Pure classic mod in the sea-shanty style... All the pirate hits! Get yerself a saltwater injection ;) stardust.mod - Jester/Sanity – Danceable track, but also with a sentimental side. It sums up the mood of many demoscene productions, and is a big big anthem. When I modfile DJ, this is one I always play. toi_tei.mod - Uncle Tom - Sounds SNES (super famicon) style in a way! I think thats why I like this one, it brings a smile to even the saddest days. tune4.mod - Imagitec Design - the Atari Jaguar game Tempest 2000 had a very great hardcore rave soundtrack. Heres the best song from that soundtrack called 'Minds Eye'. Hands up in the air! \o/ vlands2.mod - 505/Checkpoint - This mod featured in the end part of the great ATS demo for Atari Falcon. 505 himself says this is most proud modfile, and I agree. The track is epic and goes through many moods and styles. vortex.mod - ANCool/The Care Bears – This track was a copy of an amiga mod from the Scoopex crew. Anyway, it was the included music from the pre-release version of the early Atari tracker called 'TCB Tracker'. When I first heard this track I couldn't believe the audio quality possible on my Atari ST. -----------------------------------------
